All our orders are shipped in a blank box. The name of the shop is not mentioned on the box. On the outside you can not see what the contents of the box are. So completely anonymous and discrete.

Our products are packaged in a sturdy blank box. On the outside you can not see that it contains any erotic articles. Moreover, there will never be a reference to our store. Only a return address is mentioned.

We use as much as possible reused packaging materials that are not harmful to the environment.

Shipping method

All packages will be delivered by DPD.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking code via a link.

With this code you can follow your package continuously and also possibly adjust the delivery.

DPD delivers your order within the Netherlands and outside the Netherlands during the day or in the evening until 10 pm at the delivery address you specified.

If you are not at home when the order is offered to you, the DPD employee will leave a notification with you on the bus with the message that DPD will try again the next day to deliver the package.

If you are not home the second time when the order is offered to you, then the DPD employee will leave a notification with you in the bus with the message that they have been and the address of the collection point where you yourself will receive your package the next working day can pick up.

When you receive the package, pay attention to any damage before you accept your package.

All our packages with DPD are sent by registered mail and therefore you must always give a signature for receipt of the package by You or someone else who receives the package.

Shipping costs

  • The shipping costs within the Netherlands are at least € 9,50 basic rate. Unless otherwise stated via the order information.
  • The shipping costs for Belgium and Germany are at least € 11.95 basic rate. Unless otherwise stated via the order information.
  • The shipping costs for other countries depend on the weight of the shipment and are shown when you pay for your order or on request via our contact form.


All our packages are sent with an insurance of the total amount in the event of loss of theft or damage.


Collect your order yourself

You can pick up your order yourself at our warehouse in Breda. If you choose this, the shipping costs will expire. The pick-up location is open by appointment. When picking up your order, your order must be paid in advance via our payment system. Cash payment on collection is possible after first consultation. There is no physical store, only a takeaway option.

Delivery time

Within a few minutes after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. The delivery time for the package depends on the chosen payment method and our stock:

Your order will be processed and shipped on working days the same day when all products are in stock and after full payment.

Normal delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days after receiving the payment . Depending on which package service provider, weight class and delivery country.


Return shipments

You have the right to return unused items within 14 days of delivery for replacement or reimbursement by Steeltoys.

The following restrictions apply:

  • If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
  • If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.
  • Steeltoys cannot refund returned intimate toys such as dildos once it has been removed from the sealed package. this is for hygienic purposes.
  • Further exempt from our return policy are the goods that are specially produced in accordance with customer specifications (made to measure.)
  • In the event of product exchange (new goods for returned goods), the customer is responsible for the transportation costs.
  • Only when the product has been delivered defective or damaged. Steeltoys will reimburse the transport costs.

If Steeltoys cannot deliver a sold-out product within 30 days, the customer can cancel the order if no alternative delivery date has been arranged.

When products are returned within the expiry period of 14 days, Steeltoys will refund the customer within 14 days (usually faster). When your bank account details are required for a refund, the 14-day refund period starts after your details have been received in full.

Steeltoys wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Under EU consumer legislation you have the right to cancel purchases made outside of stores (online, by phone or mail order) and to return them within 14 days.

Goods cannot be returned without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or a Return Request.

After approval for a return order you can send the item back. This always happens at the expense of the customer with the exclusions from above.
